Dashboard tickets

Logged-in users can submit account-specific support requests from the dashboard ticket center. Include order numbers, request IDs, screenshots, and error messages when relevant.

Response expectations

We review support requests as soon as possible. Payment, account security, and compliance issues are prioritized over general product questions.

Please do not include API secrets, private keys, passwords, or highly sensitive content in ordinary email unless support specifically requests a secure path.
