How I Code Easy collects, uses, shares, and protects information for account, billing, API relay, and AI tooling services.

1. Information we collect

We collect account information such as email address, nickname, login state, API key metadata, and support messages. We also process order, invoice, payment status, balance, quota, and billing records.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, user agent, request time, model name, token counts, endpoint choice, error codes, and security logs to operate billing, abuse prevention, support, and reliability workflows.

2. API and AI processing

API requests and AI prompts are processed to provide the relay service, route requests to upstream providers, calculate usage, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures. Generated media or delivery URLs may be cached or stored when needed to deliver product functionality.

3. Payments and third-party processors

Payments may be processed by Creem or another authorized payment provider. Payment processors may receive information needed to process payment, taxes, receipts, fraud checks, refunds, disputes, and customer portal access.

Third-party AI providers, infrastructure vendors, storage providers, email providers, and support tools may process limited data only as needed to provide the service.

4. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, deliver digital services, calculate usage and balance, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.

We may aggregate or de-identify operational data so that it no longer identifies a specific user, then use it for analytics, capacity planning, and service improvement.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account, billing, security, and support records for as long as reasonably needed for service operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting, and abuse prevention.

You may request account deletion or data questions through [email protected]. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, payment, security, or dispute reasons.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect accounts, credentials, billing records, and logs. No system is perfectly secure, so users should rotate exposed API keys and report suspected compromise quickly.

Do not send secrets through public support channels. Use dashboard tickets or email support when a private account issue needs investigation.
