The rules for using I Code Easy account, API relay, billing, support, and AI tooling services.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to I Code Easy, including API relay, dashboard, documentation, billing, support, and AI tooling features.

使用 I Code Easy 即表示你同意这些服务条款。如果你代表公司或团队使用本服务,你确认自己有权代表该组织接受这些条款。

2. Service description

I Code Easy provides API access tooling, routing, usage analytics, account balance management, and developer documentation for supported third-party AI providers and compatible models.

We are an independent service. We are not OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Moonshot, Zhipu, MiniMax, DeepSeek, or any other upstream model provider unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account, password, API keys, and generated credentials secure. Do not share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.

If you believe a key or account has been exposed, rotate the key immediately in the dashboard and contact support if you need help.

4. Payments and digital delivery

Paid products are digital services. After successful payment, credits, quotas, monthly plans, or other purchased access are delivered to your account automatically or after standard fraud and risk checks.

Payments may be processed by Creem or another authorized payment provider. Payment processors may provide receipts, tax handling, customer portal access, and payment support flows.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to generate, request, distribute, or automate illegal, harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, infringing, or deceptive content.

We may suspend or terminate access, block requests, revoke API keys, or refuse service when usage creates legal, security, platform, payment, or safety risk.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service stable, but API routes, upstream availability, model names, pricing, and product limits may change because of provider behavior, policy requirements, maintenance, or abuse prevention.

We may update these terms when business, compliance, or product requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
